Laundry Care
At Kleenito, our Dry Clean Experts are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality services. We follow globally recognized garment care standards for all cleaning procedures.
Our methods include:
- Wash in emulsifier, detergent, and softeners
- Soft wash for delicate garments
- Advanced Hydrocarbon machine technologies
We strive to remove stains but cannot guarantee complete removal of stubborn ones. Customers will be informed if special treatment or caution is required based on garment care labels and fabric sensitivity.
Delivery
Delivery Timelines
- Steam Ironing: 48 hours*
- Laundry: 48 hours
- Dry Cleaning: 72 hours
- Express/Urgent Delivery: Additional 50% charge on MRP*
*Clothes must be brought before 12 noon. Express delivery pickups are done from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Delivery Terms
- Free Pickup & Delivery for orders above ₹300.
- Delivery made to the registered address unless specified otherwise.
- Inform us if unavailable for pickup/delivery to avoid charges.
- Our agents carry ID and receipts. Kleenito isn’t liable for handovers without verification.
- We strive for timely delivery, but delays may occur without compensation.
- Garments not collected within 15 days of scheduled delivery may not be held further.
Walk-in Customer Guidelines
- Always collect a bill/challan during drop-off.
- Bring the bill/challan while collecting articles.
- If misplaced, credentials will be verified before return.
- Please inspect garments at delivery for satisfaction.
Pricing Terms
- Final pricing is determined by our experts based on garment complexity.
- Listed prices are indicative and minimum rates.
- Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept: Cash, Credit Cards, Online Payments, UPI.
- Prices may vary across locations and cities.
- Special offers are subject to their own terms and cannot be combined.
Liability
Kleenito is not liable for:
- Pre-existing garment defects
- Incomplete customer information
- Normal wear and tear
- Color fading, shrinkage, or embellishment damage
- Loss/damage due to fire, burglary, or other unforeseen events
Stain removal is best-effort. No deductions can be made for partial or unsuccessful stain removal.
Cancellation and Refund
- We operate on a "No Claim" policy. Items are cleaned at customer’s risk.
- If dissatisfied, contact us within 3 days to address issues.
- Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
- Maximum liability is limited to 6 times the order value or ₹3000, whichever is lower.
- We are not liable for personal items left in garments (money, jewelry, etc.).
- No employee or agent is authorized to alter these terms.
- All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Personal data is collected via:
- In-store registration
- Website and mobile app
- Webform submissions
By submitting personal data, you consent to its use for services, updates, offers, and feedback.
We may use garment images for promotional purposes. You may also receive promotional messages via third-party platforms.
Alteration or Amendments to the T&C
We reserve the right to modify terms at any time. The current terms apply unless otherwise required by law. Invalid or unenforceable clauses will not affect remaining terms.
